Job is straight forward for the most part. A lot of overtime offered. Internal jobs offered.

Originally told we would be given our rota weeks in advance but 2 months down the line and we are still getting it 1-2 days in advance at most. We’ve had to learn a lot of information as we go which is why we get constant criticism from assessors which makes a job which should be very simple, very unenjoyable. No benefits whatsoever.
