A lot of startups say they have core values, and it's BS. Worksuite is genuine. The family first, flexibility and fairness principles (3F) fuel everything across the team and how we operate. Any time I need to take care of something for my family or health, it's no question. Worksuite has my back. We've assembled a lovely group of people who do great work, but never at the sacrifice of our families or mental wellbeing.

Can't say there are any cons to be honest. This is a diamond in the rough for remote jobs. For the right kind of person, Worksuite is a fantastic "place" to work and an interesting problem that the platform is solving.

Work-life balance,a pretty good product

Poorly managed on all fronts, constant turnover, no accountability from executives, and a culture of finger-pointing and cut-throat behavior from the top down.
