Great company that embodies not only a customer first mentality but an employee first mentality as well knowing that both are integral to the overall success of the organization.

Fast paced, multi-hat wearing but that's not a con that's a sign of a fast growing organization that entrusts employees with many facets of the business.

The management team is focused on growing the company and that includes you as a person. A lot of time is dedicated to your personal and career growth. In my 4 years at CopperSmith I have grown a lot and learned so many valuable skills to continue my career in Sales. Management is approachable and doesn't treat you like a number like some of the larger companies do. If you have ideas of ways to imporve the company, your ideas will be heard and most likely implemented right away or added to a future rollout out. CopperSmith values hard work and rewards you for it. Having the mindset of taking ownership of your role will bring you to the next level. Overall, I have had a great experience with CopperSmith.

Very little but some changes are made very quickly and are not rolled out in the best way but, I have seen improvements in this area.
