Stressful, Toxic Work Environment - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso World Food Program USA

The environment was extremely stressful. One did not know from one day to the next where they stood in the organization. A lot of personal feelings/biases seemed to affect how employees were treated. The Senior Management team constantly changed course direction, reorganized the organization structure and often provided conflicting direction on goals. They seemed to change their minds frequently about which direction we were headed in and after spending a lot of time on work in one direction, it was often changed to another direction, so everything that was done before was for nothing. I felt like I wasn't able to make a difference or accomplish anything with the constant changes. Very unorganized, chaotic and gossipy environment.
