      This has been a great place to build my book of business. Leadership is supportive and easy to contact, and they genuinely want Producers to thrive. Compensation is fair and competitive, and the benefits package is solid. There are opportunities to cross sell other solutions are provided by collaboration with other team members. The emphasis on local relationships allows for client-first service.

      While the brokerage does a great job supporting producers, I believe there’s room to improve how the company recognizes and invests in Account Managers. They play a crucial role in retaining business and managing client relationships, and highlighting their value more clearly could boost morale and strengthen team dynamics even further. An emphasis more on developing insurance technical skills vs. mastering processes should be valued.

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
