More than I can list. As a producer my work has increased and pay has decreased. If you are acquired by world and are a client advisor, expect to service and market accounts yourself with little to no support from leadership. It’s all about money. Pure corporatism on show here. Leadership has asked groups in the organization to leave positive reviews because the real employe reviews are so bad. World will gut your agency, and has no clue about regional markets outside of the North East. They are disorganized, and do not care about employees, clients and client relationships. Feels like they try to quiet fire acquired employees. I second all criticism and negative reviews. Poor leadership from top to bottom. Attrition is crazy. Key service and support staff is leaving for better organizations that pay more, with less work
