Even taking a brief 30-minute lunch break is met with disapproval, often resulting in hurried desk-side meals or sacrificing breaks altogether. Transparency is a foreign concept here, as upper management remains detached from the workforce, leaving employees in the dark and unable to obtain straightforward answers, the company was also misleading during the hiring process. Have to be in the office for 5 days a week, hybrid work is a foreign concept here. Corporate politics also runs rampant, further complicating the work environment.
