      Lots of opportunity to increase sales and collaborate with other team members throughout the region. Great staff that works together to solve problems. Office has a family atmosphere with everyone working as a team.

      No real downside to Working at World Insurance, it's an enjoyable place to work.

Our company is thriving because we do support a family atmosphere with everyone working together as a cohesive team. We appreciate you recognizing the importance of this in your review. While meetings are essential for communication and transparency purposes, we agree with you that a few less meetings would be welcome! 😊

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
