Remote work does allow for flexibility, and we are glad you are enjoying the option to work remotely. We continue to evaluate our pay structure, and appreciate your comments.       Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
