-Grande esposizione al mercato dei carburanti marini. -Buon nome all'interno della comunità del bunker. -Le persone che lavorano nei banchi del bunker di vendita e fornitura. -Iscriviti per 1-2 anni: una volta che 1 anno di lavoro inizia a intervistare con altre società di bunkeraggio che pagheranno almeno il doppio dello stipendio di WFS e forniranno un ambiente di lavoro migliore.

Svantaggi

-Stipendi molto bassi rispetto ad altri commercianti di bunker, allo stesso modo scarsi benefici. -Nessun aumento di stipendio nonostante l'aumento dei profitti di anno in anno. -Nessun percorso di carriera solo vaghe promesse. -La burocrazia che richiede tempo per fare qualsiasi cosa. -Una raffica di discorsi aziendali in infinite e-mail inviate da dirigenti di livello medio/alto che cercano di apparire pertinenti. -Il dipartimento del credito ha poca comprensione dei vincoli di tempo e della concorrenza affrontati dai commercianti di bunker e spesso funge da ostacolo per fare affari.
