management will not promote you even if you go above and beyond. actually going above and beyond is more like a curse they ask more of you and give you a disrespectful raise and never promote you but promise you if you help and become versatile in every department your chances go up. The truth is it allows them to overwork you in every department you've become good at. I was promised multiple times a more steady schedule and a promotion and it just never happens this went on till I quit and then when I quit they only scheduled me once in my 2 weeks left for a 4-hour shift.
