barely any training, and any communication from higher ups about your mistakes. no hours for workers, and no training zero communcation with how things are suppose to be done properly, and then blame the mistake on you when you make a mistake throws you off your role, and puts you on another role without telling you personally why the managers decided to do it. manager is non-chalant. say's yes to things but never actually does it. only give more hours to relatives/friends and ignore giving hours to other workers
