This place was different in so many ways. The atmosphere is casual, people have flexibility and there is a great team environment. As long as you do your job, they are open minded to giving people the tools to get things done. Sales reps are given some warm leads and also need to develop their own. I absolutely loved it...they sell to giant companies so commission and earnings potential is unlimited. Wish I didn't have to move out of Atlanta. Given tools to do outside sales calls w/ senior leadership, they give support to grow your income.

Company has incredible potential and choosing a direction as a sales rep was exciting. Personally, I like a little more micro-management--but these guys are pretty hands off and give staff ability to produce in a friendly environment. Need to have more meetings to get staff more involved in direction. Need more laser focus / direction.

At the beginning on my job everything was pretty decent, but in the last 3 years the COO has gone senile and started treating everyone like garbage. He acts like a child and sill slam things down, throw things, and curse at you for the smallest reason . The company is a sales organization and a distributor. The CEO and sales management would lie and cheat the customer and you to put an extra 4 dollars in their pocket.
