      If you have any past criminal convictions don't waste your time with these people the compliance department is not going to approve you regardless of how small or how stupid the charge was but what they will do a siphon as much money off of you it as they can while you're going through the process waiting to get tonight which seems to take forever also my paperwork which included all of my criminal history for 25 years was lost with no explanation. Very scary. I had a good retail trading situation at home until I messed with these guys now I'm unemployed and broke.

      good rate and payout. Tech support is good. The office environment is friendly, staff members are good

      you are more on your own similar to a small business owner. There are some help from existing traders but you are more on your own to develop your own strategy.

      There has been independence, there has also been a level pf freedom, but that generally comeswith trading. All in all they let you do what you want to do.

      The risk management dept isnanlittle slow and off when it comes to the max loss. They generally ignore it and let the loss ride. That was learned early on.
