The higher you rise in organizational leadership, the harder it is to get the factual information you need. Those at the top have all of the authority and none of the information to make the best decisions. We don't need a new building. We need new Supply Chain leadership. It became pretty clear that the individuals on our senior leadership team are incredibly unqualified. They're not hitting metrics either scaling the business. They're troubling LTC culture and spreading distrust.

Thank you and I agree we have a great culture and great benefits. We’ve received some concerning feedback and we are working on addressing it. We take it very seriously all the way up to the executive level. Recently our VP of HR spent several days meeting with our Edwardsville employees in roundtables and gathering their feedback. We will be acting on this information as appropriate. I respectfully disagree with your assessment that our leadership team is incredibly unqualified. As I hope you can appreciate, we are a rigorous organization (not ruthless). We simply do not believe in eliminating any employee without first trying to help him/her improve. We also don’t believe that punishing employees who speak up is the right way to treat people. We encourage our employees to provide feedback through various avenues; just one of them being glassdoor. Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
