      Good benefits, decent pay, love the clinic.

      They force and over work you with so much over time regardless of you have families or not. They could care less if you see your kids. I understand that supervisors are salary but it's ok for them to not work weekends when everyone else has too. No one is aloud to use a full day of PTO until after October 1st but yet supervisors and anyone higher up the chain can. They keep saying the know what the issues are and they are working on fixing them but yet doesnt seem like it. Management is a big problem as well as forcing people to work so much overtime when we also have families at home and would love to see. So please stop saying your fixing it and actually do it. No wonder why so many people are ready to quit. And they cant keep people.

      Thank you for the long hours and hard work you're putting in. We recognize we are asking a lot of our employees right now and appreciate your dedication. We are working to reduce the overtime hours by adding additional subcontractors (we onboarded 56 new contractors on Monday) and had volunteers from the office helping in the ITC last week and this week. We hope the continued added headcount in the coming weeks will help give our employees a better work/life balance. We are not aware of any rules about not taking PTO. We encourage you to bring this concern to HR or your manager so that we can clarify this miscommunication.

      Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

      - Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
