No room for advancement and little to no training opportunities. People are let go with no explanation, no goodbyes just an empty desk and no one is allowed to ask questions or to talk openly about what happened. Favoritism is a big problem. The work environment feels more like a high school campus rather that a professional office. The CFO frowns upon teleworking or flex schedules. Many managers have given into his way of thinking and are refusing to offer these benefits to the employees they manage. When a person leaves the company 9 times out of 10 he/she is not replaced. The work simply moves to their colleague(s) and that person is expected to perform the job duties of two or more people. Solutions for improvements are usually over looked depending on your status within the company. If you are in a managerial position or well liked your issues are usually addressed promptly. If you fall outside of those two categories then you are put on a list and a fix may or may not happen. The benefits are almost non existent. You must pay a $2500 deductible before the insurance will start to pay 80%.

Management works well with all the staff and really cared about my well being as I was new to Arizona when I took this role and they always made it a point to go out of their way to make sure I was happy and knew all there was to do in Arizona as well as create a family like atmosphere at the office. I would have never left had it not been for Covid. Truly a great group of people!!

Frequent turnover- seems like every two weeks, someone is leaving or getting fired. “Merit” increases are minimal, especially if you live in a HCOL area. Leaders are not transparent and often do not know what they themselves expect from their team members. Expectations and goalposts seem to move around willy-nilly as it suits management. Does not practice what they preach to its learners
