No training, was required to create training materials. The software they use is a joke. It doesn't work half the time, has enough bugs to keep Orkin busy for a lifetime. They are losing $20000 a month so they move to a downtown highrise. Its all about EGO at this place...they fire people for no reason, although I expect it was to cut costs......stay away....
