This was the most toxic place I've ever worked. The core of the job revolve around cold-calling -endless calls to potential clients with little regard for their needs or interest. One of the biggest disappointments was discovering that the promised lucrative commissions were almost impossible to achieve. Management's approach is another major concern. There is a noticeable favoritism among staff, which leads to a toxic work environment where promotions and perks are not based on merit but on personal biases.
