- Management is rude and adamant. - Never takes the inputs of associates. - HR department is a unhelpful, irresponsible, and unsympathetic. - They try to defend themselves when you give them a negative feedback. Pretty narrow minded higher management. Throughout my time in this company, whenever I have tried to get any issue addressed, I have always received vague justifications. - Don't care about the mental health of their associates. - Always trying to cut corners through skipping much-deserved appraisals. Felt like underpaid labor at times. - Also, they'll cut your salary without proper justification. - Not flexible working hours, as they highly claim. They'll even ask you do extra work after you've completed your daily word count. If you don't do it, they'll deem you as inflexible in their review reports. - People from the top management bad-mouth about the company as well. This creates a very negative impact on us. Highly diplomatic management. Unfortunately, this behaviour won't get them too far. -They misbehave with each and every senior associate who are serving their notice period. -Pay disparity based on favouritism. -Makes you work at the rate where you would face burnout every other day. -They speak about incentives like they are the first company doing something like that. Sadly, we've never ever received any incentive whatsoever even after working for 10+ hours everyday. All I have received is stupid reasons for not offering it..
