      Free breakfast, nice view. Good place for graduates to learn with the cost of work life balance. Frequent parties. Big network of companies worldwide. Can be an exposure to a big enterprise environment.

      Svantaggi

      Poor work life balance. Severe bureaucracy. Managers have attitude issues. Very hard to get the right tools for the job. Management will provide zero support and middle management will coverup everything to look good to the top management.
