RECRUITMENT - They will hire you and ask you to resign in your current employment and introduce you to clients (that is NOT SURE will hire you btw) - They will not give you salary unless you secured a client and started working for them (what if 2-3 months after you resigned you are still in the interview process because Dutch job market is soooo competetive) - Pre-employment contracts prohibit you to be part hired during the interview process - The contract itself is very restricting, THINK BEFORE YOU SIGN - Beware for the NON-COMPETE clause WORK - They will deploy you to a client and doesn't even check up on you, not giving reviews and less to no care for you other than when they ask you via your email about timesheets - The did not offer any career development trainings other than Dutch languange (A0-A1) - The company is earning too much per engineer and they did not even increase salary, I heard they are keen to find ways/reasons not to give tou one, when you successfully get an increase, expect really low - Do you want to be internally hired by the client? Sucks, they don't allow it. - No 13th month - No training allowance - Other than lawful benefits, they dont give anything else - No room for improvement MANAGEMENT - They are not PRO employee, they milk the engineers - They don't have one-on-ones with the engineers (well-being checks, is the engineer still happy, how can the company help them) - I heard a lot of visa issues that they promise to handle but they are not even doing enough OVERALL, PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE JOINING WYPOON.

They sponsor people from all over the world to come work in the Netherlands. They handle the visa process, pay for flights, and even loan you amounts for renting apartments.

Absolute worst management ever. They rely on foreigners not knowing Dutch legalities to take advantage of them. They oversell their developers, often lying on CVs. They offer little to no support, e.g. in terms of providing hardware (they say the developers are paid enough and should get their own laptops). They charge clients 2-3x what they pay the developers. They're grossly incapable of treating their talent right, refuses to give them raises (even in accordance with inflation), and refuses to negotiate for talent to stay when offered better opportunities (offering what is equivalent to a pizza party). They engage in schoolyard bullying when a developer exercises their rights. They're testing the law by denying some developers their legally entitled benefits. They will make sure to squeeze every last euro from your body.
