I am quite surprised how is this place even running until now. Nobody knows what they are doing, where they are heading. It's an irony that a place "supposedly" trying to solve mental health is the worst place for someone's mental health. They don't really care about you or your mental health, they want you to be ill or never recover so that their business keeps on running, that's it. For employees, there are no benefits, no structure, no processes, no growth path. They say they are an AI company but it's all a lie. If you care about your career, mental peace and growth, just stay the hell away from this place. This place is ran by incompetent people and nepotism runs wild here. People are scared of the CEO and they always lick her boot so that they can save their jobs. CEO is the epitome of narcissistic individual. Their business is down, numbers are down, their bot is useless piece of crap.

Wysa is very client focused and it makes me feel good as a coach to be part of a company that really helps people. The work culture is very diverse, collaborative and fun. Great place to work.

Pay is good, working times are flexible, benefits are good

Where to begin ... - It's so unorganized, there is no clear strategy, vision, goals, or even leadership. Everything is everchanging and no one knows whats going on. - If you have a simple questions, it takes DAYS to get an answer, and one person will tell you to ask someone else who will pass you to someone else and so forth. Priorities are not clear, and it's apparent when taking to external teams or companies. This makes it impossible to get anything productive done. - There's a lack of transparency from top down. People in higher positions are never honest about changes happening and don't know how to communicate. - It's clear leadership does not know how to grow the US market. They keep asking how to make changes, then blatantly ignore the suggestions they get, and move on with some strategy that makes no sense
