Nothing other than the company car and absolutely no help when you are struggling with over rated targets

They like to say that managers care about their people which is of course when you are achieving your targets but absolutely disappear when you need or want help. They will starve you out yet take their high margins from customers who are struggling also while increasing prices constantly. Control control control is what eastern management figures will work, while never having to made a living in the field or if they did, never achieved the highest status in sales.

Vantaggi

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
