Vantaggi

Flexibility and freedom usually associated with an outside sales rep position. Immediate supervisor was good but overall company structure was poor.

Svantaggi

Pay and commission structure was very poor. Based on the sales quota required almost impossible to do well and make a living wage.

Vantaggi

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Svantaggi

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
