1-you will get good family time and spare time 2-if you think for relaxing

1- you do not get enough work to do still management asks for daily visits and work 2-company seeks sales person to fool customers for getting premium price for small tool 3-parts not in stock and company ask to sell. Unbelievable pressure due to this 4- no customer waits for a month for nut bolt 5-what management sees is potential not what actual it is 6-no growth

Vantaggi

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Svantaggi

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
