Vehicle provided is inadequate for work use, middle management is ineffective due to withdrawn and ignorant head office, constant accusations of laziness regardless of economic or environmental issues, prices are out to lunch, quality department doesn’t believe the product isn’t perfect, CS department is not fluent in English, stock/supplier issues are rampant, pointless meetings takes away personal time, high manager turnaround and dishonesty, CEO/Upper management refused to recognize issues with reps and territories

Vantaggi

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Svantaggi

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
