The culture is characterized by fear and mistrust against employees and subsidies abroad, "Germany knows best". One doesn't have to work overtime, but the motto is "the longer you work, the more hard-working you are".

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
