Big company, company car, decent benefits

Arrogance while interviewing especially the National Metals Manager. I asked them if an over achieving salesmanship targets would go up the next year the same % as an under achieving one.? Totally caught them off guard. As them challenging questions and they don't like it. They want you to be a submissive team player and don't question the totally confusing pay structure.

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
