it has some flex in the daily schedule, but the days do get long, you get to organize your route yourself, so pretty much you should live in the territory

low pay, you pay for everything so, you end up selling 20 to 30 grand a month in sales but nothing to show for it, the comp plan is based on growth, its just bad, upper management is a complete joke
