the prices are high but most of the products are good, and you will enjoy the customers you meet, it can be fun, but don't do it full time, in other words like everyone else keep looking for another job

good luck making money here, the commission is low , the pay scale once you figure it out will make you leave,

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
