      Co-workers are nice for most part and are usually willing to help. There are fun events sometimes such as potlucks, minute to win it competitions, bean bag toss tournaments.

      Svantaggi

      Management only promotes or advances people they like, not those who work the hardest. Salaries are very low. You could do a comparable job at almost any other company and get paid more.

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
