The company has some hard rules to follow but from what I have seen is that its basically a free for all in the sales area which suits me perfect, I thinks its a great place to work while looking for another job

I think as a sales rep you are kept pretty busy, some treat it as a part time job, but for me its a transition job at best, you have to do everything yourself, so its like your own business except that the wages don't add up to much, be careful not to spend more then you make and watch out for the wear and tear on your car

Vantaggi

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Svantaggi

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
