Lousy Pay , when you start to get growth they whip out the rug from under you and shift the goal posts further from your reach , dont be good at this job because the poppy scythe will come and chop your legs off too , treat you like an idiot , when the manager comes on a run he chips in whilst your doing a sales pitch (even though you already sold more in one year than he did in 3 yrs) MICROMANAGEMENT not needed . Lies ,lies ,lies about pay structures i have never heard or seen so much B.S in my life.

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
