Even if you work yourself up the ladder, you make hardly more money, but instead get more work, travelling, meetings responsibility , huge variable part of salary related to company performance and meeting ones objectives. But if you miss one out of 3 objectives (revenue, profit in% and profit in absolute figures) by just 1%, you get nothing at all.

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Svantaggi

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
