      They give you lots of opportunities, lots of hands on work, it is easy to talk to upper management, very friendly work environment

      There are some people who are condescending towards the interns, but I think you will see that anywhere you work, there is a lack of training at this company and not just for interns, they just expect you to jump in with little to no training at all

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
