We offer an extensive leadership development program, and the company has engaged internal and external resources to help us cultivate positive leadership styles. We also have a dedicated training team that facilitates a variety of learning opportunities. All staff are encouraged to share career goals with their leader during annual performance reviews or regular one-to-one meetings. That way they can work together to create an individual development plan that supports the interests of the employee.
