      very bad managment in china. Since 2022, the company has reduced its workforce from 550 to 380 employees, resulting in significant internal chaos. Employee roles and responsibilities have been constantly changing involuntarily. Many long-term staff were laid off without justification under the stated reason of "organizational restructuring"

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
