Seriously, none. Dorsey ran a bloated, garbage company with frivolous spending (case in point: the all-day cafeteria), thinking he could ride on magical investor funding money forever . I quit because the people were insufferably unproductive. Oh, one pro is a cool screen with live tweets on it. Security guard was nice, too.

The company culture in general. People somehow imbued with the idea that they're world leaders or that they have the monopoly on ideas and speech. They truly sit in meeting rooms and discuss this. The fiscal irresponsibility was astounding.

The department relies heavily on outdated and manual processes that create inefficiencies and unnecessary work. There seems to be little urgency to modernize systems or improve operations. The culture also tolerates underperformance, with inconsistent expectations and accountability across team members. This can be frustrating for employees who value merit, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
