Don't fall into the trap of joining this company even if you dont have a job. Because the owner will not pay you and you cant leave the job because he never gives releaving letters to the employees. Some employees are stuck because of this, Some employees have moved to other companies and lost their jobs in another company because the owner of this company did not provide inputs on the background checks. There are cases against these companied in consumer court where the owner removed employees without notice and hadn't paid months of salaries. Though some employees won the cases and got money and the owner became like a mouse and complied later. But do you want to go through all this is a question?
