Great work environment and the team and colleagues are great. Good work life balance and flexible work conditions. Many career opportunities and many areas for learning.

The senior level employees are not fully qualified and skilled.

XPand is a comfortable place to work, with a friendly and personable atmosphere.

I began this job with excited feelings about the project I would work on, a federal government agency contract dealing with employment and qualifications. But I did not find strong leadership at XPand in terms of defining what standards of quality we should aim for, and the product we ended up delivering was an embarrassing mess. After working there for some time, I began thinking that this company does not aim very high in terms of delivering excellent work.
