There are a few good people to work with but not management

Toxic environment to work in. IT dept was told that they could be replaced any time. Management is always changing direction. If you suck up you can be made a VP. Way to many layers of management. They could get rid of half of the people that are not needed especially the upper managers. You are pressured into doing company surveys to make the company look good.
