      Large global company that is continuing to grow which is really exciting, however it doesn't feel as though you are working for a large corporate entity which doesn't care about its employees. The company does a really good job of creating an inclusive environment. There are lots of opportunities to develop your career and a real culture of helping people progress, both within and outside of their current teams. There are also a lot of people who are very passionate about what they do, which is really refreshing compared to other companies I have worked in.

      I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth.
