* Company has been going through an industry transformation over the last few years and the employees are the ones benefiting. * Money is going back into facilities, equipment, salaries, support, and technology. * XPO is not satisfied with being an average carrier, they are making quality a priority and the customers are noticing. * XPO is quickly becoming a place you can be proud of working at.

* The only real issue I have is more personal than anything. I am not a fan of annual reviews. I am pretty self motivated but would still like to be told from time to time I am on the right track or that I need to improve in some areas so I can be more pro-active rather then reactive.
