      Sometimes, the workload can be a little heavy, especially when there are tight schedules within the given projects. Cooperation between different groups could be enhanced to prevent misunderstandings and synchronize their work. Secondly, improved project planning might also offer a way of avoiding overloading some sections while underutilizing others.

      In terms of work/life balance, I wasnt able to achieve one. I was working too much, and sometimes staying even on Saturdays, and sometimes taking work home. IDK if its on me or on my manager, probably both. I think a higher number of work retreats or spending more time together outside of work would be more beneficial also.
