      The advantages of working in this company are support and care. I feel protected and stable. And it really makes a big difference. I can plan my future and receive a stable salary. I can say that working conditions in this company are comfortable enough so that I don't get too tired during the working day

      Sometimes I have tasks that require urgent solutions. It requires quick decision-making and concentration from me. It can take a lot of effort, but I can't say that such situations happen often. Most likely, this can be called an exception to the general rule. All the work is well planned and I feel stable. Therefore, I can't say that this is a big disadvantage.

      Extremely grateful to this company for its incredible atmosphere and the people I was blessed with here. From the first day, it was clear that this is not just a work place, but a space, where the value of the skin, where support is not just a word, but a real culture.

      In terms of work/life balance, I wasnt able to achieve one. I was working too much, and sometimes staying even on Saturdays, and sometimes taking work home. IDK if its on me or on my manager, probably both. I think a higher number of work retreats or spending more time together outside of work would be more beneficial also.
