Having worked in the Web3 industry as a workhorse for eight years, I know all too well how lucky it is to have sane leadership in a company. At XT.COM, both colleagues and leaders are dedicated to their work—no office politics here. This allows me to focus all my energy on my tasks every day, making work feel surprisingly relaxed. I’d call this my second stint at XT.COM. I originally left to pursue a career shift and joined another company, but I soon realized something: the people at XT.COM are not only kind but also results-driven. No one writes lengthy, meaningless proposals just to please the boss. That kind of environment made me deeply uncomfortable at the new company, so I didn’t hesitate to return to XT.COM. The work atmosphere here is genuinely comfortable and puts me at ease—both mentally and physically. It also helps me work more efficiently. That's the real Web3 way. Hope we get the chance to become colleagues someday!
