Compensations and rewards are poor, huge disparity in salary for same experience band, variable salary not paid to employees from last two years in some cases upto 5 years, management forces employees to sign 1 year bond if they want increments in their appraisal process, does not pay salary for notice period. Firing by management is based on personal compatibility with staff and not lack of perofrmance/skills - those who suck up to them get rewarded with performance awards - these same people were listed to be fired 2 months prior to awards. Support from Management is very poor in areas like finances, adminstration, HR (there is no HR manager from company inception and they believe that HR problems can be solved by first line managers) - Seniors Bypass Line Manager to get facts and there is no transparency in company policy. Salaries are stopped in case an employee resigns and still serves notice period ( which is violation as per labour law) and then harasses the employee by not paying dues on time... Executives appointments are done in a shady way such that the working group is not informed of such decisions or responsibilities of such senior managers. There is no communication from senior management to the working team even once a year, a simple New year greeting or diwali wishes is also not sent by the CEO. Total lack of transparency in company holdings, dealings and revenues.
