Vantaggi

This is not an IT company so technical growth you will have to take care of yourself. But company does support all the way. Company culture is very good and open, i have heard bench policy is also very good. But this will subside once investors start coming and asking questions.

Svantaggi

You cant give permanent WFH based on locations, this way people who have dont have this facility will switch due to frustration. Its either come or dont come, why u forcing people who stay in the cities to come to office all the time. where company is there.

Vantaggi

The staff members are incredibly resilient. Even though the culture doesn't encourage much interaction, the people here are hardworking and dedicated to getting their own tasks done right despite the lack of support from above. The job is good for gaining initial experience in the industry, and additionally, the benefits are competitive for the industry.

Svantaggi

The management style is strictly "do as I say," with almost zero genuine interaction between leadership and employees. This disconnect is most obvious when it comes to professional development; requests for additional training are routinely ignored, leaving employees without the tools needed to progress. The culture is also deeply defensive. If you are daring enough to point out an issue or suggest a better way of doing things, you are immediately viewed as a "liability." Management seems to view any form of initiative or feedback as a personal threat or as someone "challenging the hierarchy." It creates a paranoid atmosphere where you are expected to stay silent and just follow orders. When problems arise, leadership is quick to deflect blame onto the staff rather than taking accountability for their own lack of support or planning.
