Xcel doesn’t provide any training for their managers leading to some very toxic leaders at the company. One had several HR complaints and a lawsuit against her, which she was “ reprimanded” for, but she continues to exist as a manager there.

Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
